I’m so excited about today! Out of all of the topics Emily and I will be teaming up and writing about, today is my favorite–fall fashion! I love everything about clothes–fit, cut, proportions….you name it and I love it.
In case you missed our introductions last week, click here for mine and here for Emily’s. If you decided to join us and write a post on fall fashion too, please leave your link in the comments so we can all check yours out! (We opted not to do a link up in case no one else wanted to participate.)
I went shopping last weekend with my sister and took pictures of all of the fall outfits I tried on 🙂
I am obsessed with this sweater. The fabric is so soft and not scratchy, and for me, that makes a good sweater great. Love this for fall and winter!
This dress was actually thicker and heavier than I expected. I think it would be so cute with cognac booties and an oversized cardigan this fall!
I know you can’t really tell, but this dress has bell sleeves and it a gorgeous emerald gem color. I love it!
As soon as I saw this color block sweater in the most recent JCrew catalog, I knew I had to have it. I love the maroon and navy pairing too!
Hello, navy back!
And this is my favorite!!! The skirt is priced so reasonably, and the chambray top is the thinnest and softest I’ve ever worn!
Obsessed with the exposed gold zipper! Wouldn’t this look the best with riding boots and bare legs? Yes, it would!
And this is how the chambray top looks untucked.
And finally, thanks to my wonderful friend Victoria, I was able to get this most-wanted cardigan. I had horrible luck during the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale. I’m not a cardholder because my husband and I don’t use credit cards, and I opted not to do the debit (BIG mistake). Everything I kept ordering on opening day to the public kept getting canceled. Luckily, Victoria ordered an extra one of these and mailed it to me!
Shout out to my sister Rachel for running around to all of these stores with me last weekend and for sitting in the dressing room while I took pictures! Look closely and you may be able to see her pink dress!
