Happy Friday!!! Since I wrote a Monday Favorites post this week, I’m going to keep today’s post short and sweet and resume favorites back next Friday,
But I actually have 2 questions for everyone! I absolutely LOVE listening to podcasts! I don’t know if it’s because I love to learn and I feel like I learn so much when I listen to podcasts, but I feel like I listen to them more than I listen to music sometimes–and that’s saying a lot because I LOVE music! So here are my questions:
1. What are your favorite podcasts you listen to?
I’m always looking for new recs and for hosts that I can connect to–just no true crime because I am not a fan of any of that!
2. More specifically, what are your favorite health/fitness/wellness podcasts?
These types of podcasts I always feel so motivated listening to. I listen to Dr. Hyman’s podcasts, Be Well by Kelly, and most recently, a former student created a podcast and did a whole episode on how she meal prepped and worked out while attending The University of Alabama–it was really interesting!

I think you would love The Lazy Genius and I wish I had her when my kids were young. It’s not health related but it helps you create space for your health goals, I think. What is the name of the college student podcast?
