Happy Tuesday, friends! I am SO HAPPY to finally have the time and bandwidth to be back to blogging. I have certainly missed my little corner of the internet and chatting with y’all.
Last Wednesday was the kids’ last day of school for the year. Harrison had his class party that morning before he and Dustin left for the SEC baseball championship games down in Hoover, and Banks and Merritt wore their tie-dye shirts for their classes on their last day! It’s always wild to see how much everyone grows from the first day of school to the last day.

Harrison was excited about the last day! (This is before we fixed his hair haha)

He’s gotten so tall this year! He had a great year in first grade, but the best part?? His reading took off! He now reads chapter books and has falled in love with the Dragon Masters series and is almost completely through reading them (all 31 of them!!)

You can see from his shorts how much he’s grown during the year ๐

Banks and Merritt had their last day at their little school and their last day at that school forever because they are starting somewhere new in August. I drove to their school for 7 years straight and it was so weird to know last Wednesday was my last time driving there.
We ended the school year with a 3 year old and 2 year old…

And started with a 2 year old and 1 year old… Time is a thief!!!
Today is my first official day of summer and while it’s rained for 100 days straight (and will keep raining this week), I’m so excited to be home with my babies!
