As you saw from the title of my post, today is my last day of the summer. Harrison starts next Thursday and the babies start the following week. Summer flew by this year!
Today I’m sharing a few of my FAVORITES with y’all!
one

I got targeted by an instagram ad and it sucked me in. I’ve talked before about cleaning up my make up and the last thing I have left to do it my eyeshadow. Well, I forgot about lipstick! Then I saw this ad for the new Ilia lipstick and lip liner crayon and after watching the girl apply it, I was sold! Then I learned it’s a long-lasting lipstick while still being hydrating! I’m going to pick some up this weekend and I’ll report back my thoughts.

My older sister shared a movie trailer of a new movie coming out based on her favorite Stephen King book. My first thought watching the trailer was that I need to read this book! I love dystopian literature and this one looks VERY dystopian. So I plan on reading it and then watching the movie. By the way, I had no idea what it was about when I first started watching the trailer, and my first thought was, “Wow, was a nice book King wrote!” And then it took a turn….haha!

I know I’ve shared a picture of them in their matching bathing suits each week, but it’s something we’ve done weekly! And this summer, I knew we wouldn’t be going swimming (there’s no way I could take all 3 by myself right now with Banks and Merritt being so young) so I only bought them one bathing suit! We’ve definitely gotten our money out of it haha!

This girl has held her own this summer with her brothers. They love to wrestle and she wants to get right in there with them. She loves to pull hair and while Harrison is nice about it, Banks will pull her hair back–it hasn’t stopped her from grabbing a chunk of his hair when his head is within arm’s reach. Overall they’ve really had fun together this summer 🙂

Oh no! Sorry about it being the last day of summer for you.
That lipstick and lip liner sounds fantastic and the kids enjoying the water is just adorable.
I sure am going to miss our summer!
With a 7yo an 3yo, I can barely handle the pool this year. Like, it’s do-able. Last year with a 2yo, no way. Unless you have help, no rush!
Happy back to school season!
I don’t even see us going much next year unless I have help ha!!
