Banks is ONE!!!!

It is hard to even believe that Banks is turning ONE today! I feel like it was just the other day that we were flying home from Dallas so excited to introduce Banks to his big brother, Harrison. (If you want to read our story, click here!)

Banks brings so much joy to our family. He is the happiest baby who is also happiest when he’s on the move. He loves eating, putting all of his toys in his mouth, closing any open door, dancing (his dancing moves right now are clapping and moving his arms), playing with his big brother, playing with his stuffed puppy Jellycat, and eating (did I say eating already?! LOL).

His favorite word to say right now is Momma (which makes my heart swell), but he also says Dada, bubba, uh oh, bye bye, night night, and Babs (my mom). And you better watch out if you answer a phone call around Banks or Facetime someone because Banks thinks it’s his turn to talk and he will babble loudly.

Banks, I love you more than anything and am beyond grateful to the Lord that He saw fit to make me your Momma. I don’t take that role lightly. I hope you know how much you were prayed for and loved before you were even born. Your Momma loves you Banksie Boo!
