Last Wednesday began my Thanksgiving Break and if it’s been one thing, it’s been wonderful! The only thing not so wonderful about this break was the Iron Bowl….but I won’t talk about that ๐
We started our first Thanksgiving Wednesday night with the Shaneyfelts at Dustin’s brother’s house.
We had way too much food!
I wore the comfiest outfit that night–this sweater feels like cashmere, my Spanx faux leather leggings, and my leopard mules.
Thursday we had two Thanksgivings to go to…
The first one was with my dad’s side at my aunt’s house.
We had dinner that night at my mom’s and stepdad’s house because it was also their 10 year anniversary!
For the past few years, my mom and I have shopped Black Friday together. If you watched my IG stories, you saw that she had to stop around lunchtime and buy tennis shoes because Black Friday is not the time to wear cute flats ๐
This was just part of our purchases! We knocked out a ton of Christmas gifts (and may have bought a thing or two for ourselves…..)
There are zero pictures from Saturday because no one smiled during the Iron Bowl. Next week I’ll have on my red and black rooting for GA to beat Auburn ๐
Sunday I went to church by myself because Dustin had to work.
Side note: I stopped by Starbucks after church to give the toasted white chocolate mocha a second chance. Not a fan! I was expecting something sweet like white hot chocolate and instead it’s bitter–anyone else had it and feel the same way I do?
After church I went to a surprise party for my best friend since 3rd grade–I cannot believe it’s been 20 years since we became best friends!!! Does that make me feel old?? Yes, it does ๐ Here’s to our 30s being a fun decade!
Anyone waking up to shop Cyber Monday this year? There are a few things I still need to buy for Christmas presents and I really hope prices didn’t go up today!
