Happy Thursday!! The last time I blogged was when Harrison had the flu on Halloween, so he couldn’t go trick or treating. Dustin ended up testing positive for the flu on Halloween, and then what I had turned into bronchitis. I am happy to report that we are all finally back to work and school and most importantly–not sick!
Tomorrow I’ll be back with some favorites and then Monday I plan on having a fun CHRISTMAS SHOPPING POST!!! Yay!

We had to miss our small group’s Halloween party, so one of our leaders dropped off a present for Harrison on Monday morning–it was the sweetest and most thoughtful gift!
Season 5 of The Crown premiered yesterday and I so badly wanted to watch all day long–has anyone started it? I’m so intrigued by this season and cannot wait to see it play out.
I have GOT to get better about developing a workout routine. I have read so much about how I need to be working on strength training instead of just cardio (which I love the most). I’ve tried a few Peloton strength classes but I just don’t love them for some reason. On her blog, Shay listed a workout weight lifting routine that her husband developed and I’ve done it a few times and I actually enjoyed it–maybe it was that I got to go at my own pace and listen to my own music. And If I didn’t want to do lunges but wanted to replace those with side lunges, I could. I’ve thought about trying the Sweat app for a month, but I don’t want to spend the money for me to just dislike it.
