Friday, I’m so glad you’re here! This has been a jam-packed week and I’m still exhausted from last weekend. I’m really hoping to rest some this weekend and watch a couple of movies (and do my grad school homework, too).
This past week started out as a FAVORITE when my school hosted our annual Veterans Day program. If you follow me on Instagram, then you’ve already seen this picture, but I was so happy my Popo was able to come! He fought during the Korean War. I remember when I was little my Gran would show me some of Popo’s things he had brought back from the war. Sadly, my dad–who was in the Air Force–was unable to come because of work.
This is a semi-FAVORITE. So I found this pumpkin-flavored yogurt, and since I’m on a pumpkin kick right now, I decided to give it a try. I had it for breakfast Tuesday morning and loved the first 4 bites……then didn’t love it anymore! I think it would really be good at any meal except for breakfast!
The location of our house is a major FAVORITE because since I was out of school Wednesday, I was able to run to the park to do laps around it instead of driving to the park like I used to! I was expecting a lot of people doing laps, too, and there was only one other man. By the time I left, more people had come but I had to snap this picture to show how beautiful Wednesday morning was.
Christmas is my absolute FAVORITE holiday!!! I love the celebration surrounding the birth of Jesus. I took advantage of an off day on Wednesday to decorate. This was just a small portion of what went out.
Last night my mom and I went to Christmas open house in the town next to ours. We went into a children’s store because I saw these through the window. I immediately thought of dressing my future children in these jammies for pictures with Santa! I’m so in love with those clothes!
I’m linking up with Andrea for Friday Favorites!
