It’s rainy where I am this morning, and for me, that’s the perfect time to bake cookies. And I’ve got the perfect and easiest cookies for you to try! I whipped these up quickly and easily one day last week, and then took them to my sister’s work where her office staff proceeded to eat the entire container. They were that good! And the best part? So, so easy to make!
Peanut Butter and White Chocolate Chip Cookies
1 box yellow cake mix
1/2 cup peanut butter (creamy is best)
1/2 cup butter, softened
2 eggs
1 cup white chocolate chips
1. Preheat your oven to 350.
2. Mix together your cake mix, peanut butter, butter, and eggs. Then stir in your white chocolate chips.
3. Drop small spoonfuls (using a teaspoon) on your cookie sheet and bake for 9-11 minutes. Let cool on your cookie sheet for a couple of minutes before transferring cookies to a cooling rack.
*This made about 40 cookies for me.
